Prevention is the MOST important part of your care.  Prevention and early detection are the keys to living longer and healthier lives.  Annual physicals are usually part of every insurance plan.  Insurance companies know the value of the annual physical which why the usually offer the annual physical with no co-pay.  The insurance rules for annual physicals are strict, so separate medical issues must be scheduled separately from the annual physical.  If separate medical issues are evaluated and treated during the annual physical, then the insurance company will require a co-pay.  (We don't make up these rules.)
